Our name speaks of diversity and growth - like fruit, our FLINTA* community is vibrant in color, rich in texture, and full of soul. Each person ripens in their own time, unfolding naturally into their true self. We honor that rhythm: where presence meets authenticity, and a warm, safe space allows meaningful connections to flourish.
We work with venues, brands, and creatives through co-hosted events, drink sponsorships, and carefully curated contributions to our goodie bags – but we’re also always open to completely new ideas. Luisa (she/her) is 39 years old, based in Berlin since 2009, and originally comes from Düsseldorf. With a Master’s degree in Sport and Event Management, Luisa has spent over a decade curating experiences. In parallel, she spent many years immersed in Berlin’s nightlife as a bartender in venues like OHM, Katerholzig, and Club der Visionäre.
